I would not classify these human beings as so called diet experts but rather as a group of delusional crackpots.

However there are alternatives to reading junk written dietary literature . Because reading is not a form of physical activity you may even end up losing double the effort that you could have spent in exercising. If you must have dietary assistance then you need to look for it from properly qualified professionals.
